Morphonic ("we", "our", or "us") is a personalized sound experience app operated by Azimuth Rising Inc.. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over it. We keep this simple. We collect only what we need to deliver the service.
Account
Your email address, collected when you sign in via magic link.
Session data
When you generate a session: your wellness goal (e.g. Focus, Relaxation, Sleep), any optional clarification text you provide, the AI-generated session parameters (frequencies, breathing pattern, ambient sound, rationale), session duration, completion status, and any post-session feedback you provide (feeling + rating).
Preferences & streaks
Your wellness goals, daily email time, timezone, email opt-in status, which session is set as your active daily session, and current and longest streaks.
Reactions
Thumbs up / thumbs down responses on session previews, used to improve recommendations.
Usage analytics
Anonymous page views and performance metrics, plus product analytics linked to your account to help us improve the service. You can opt out of product analytics in Settings.
We recognize that your emotional state input, wellness goals, and session feedback constitute sensitive personal information. This data reflects your mental and emotional well-being, and we treat it with the highest level of care. We apply the same protections to this data as we do to all personal information, and in some cases, stricter safeguards. This data is never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, including your sensitive emotional and wellness data, to anyone, for any reason.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling beyond delivering the Morphonic service.
We use trusted third-party services to operate Morphonic. We only share the minimum data each service needs to perform its function. No third party receives your data for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Hosting and infrastructure
We use cloud hosting and managed database providers to store your account and session data. Data is hosted in the United States.
Authentication
Sign-in is handled by a third-party authentication service using magic links sent to your email address.
AI session generation
Your wellness goal and optional clarification text are sent to an AI language model to generate session parameters. The AI provider does not use API inputs to train their models.
Voice synthesis
If you enable guided breathing narration, short phrases (e.g. "Breathe in") are sent to a text-to-speech service. No personal data is included in these requests.
Email delivery
Transactional emails (magic link sign-in, daily session reminders) are sent through a third-party email delivery service.
Analytics
We collect anonymous page view and performance data, and product analytics linked to your account. You can opt out of product analytics in Settings.
Error monitoring
We use an error tracking service to detect and fix issues. Error reports may include technical context about what happened but do not contain your session content or personal data.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in across page visits. This is a strictly necessary cookie. It allows the app to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (sessions, preferences, reactions) is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Morphonic is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-app consent banner. You will be asked to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use the service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
